If you already have an order from your healthcare provider, you may bring it with you. If you do not have an order, one can be provided as part of your visit. A brief health questionnaire and consent form are required prior to testing.

Laboratory pricing includes provider oversight when an order is required. If additional consultation is necessary based on results, a follow-up visit may be recommended.

Results are delivered securely and confidentially. If any results require follow-up, our office will contact you with next steps.

All laboratory services are currently self-pay. This allows transparent pricing and timely access to testing.
