General Policy

Laboratory testing services involve specimen collection and coordination with third-party laboratories. Due to the nature of these services:

  • All fees are non-refundable once specimen collection has occurred

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, are determined prior to specimen collection only

Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients are encouraged to cancel or reschedule appointments in advance. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of fees paid.

Exceptions

Refund exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to specimen collection.
